Great Time with Great Friends!

This past weekend we headed back to NY, to the Rochester area for the wedding of Eddie's good friend Brian (better known as Lewis) from college. We ended up staying with Eddie's other friend Scott and his fiance Meg, who Eddie knows from High School and College. They graduated from High School together in VT and headed to Alfred State College together and where roommates there for 2.5 years. It was really great to see him again. I haven't seen him since he was in our wedding almost 5 years ago. And it was really great to meet his fiance Meg. When we got there Friday we just hung out with Scott and Meg for a while and then headed to PenYann for the Rehearsal/Out-of-Town guest dinner, which was at Ashley's (Lewis's now wife) parents camp. Here we got to see a bunch of old friends some of which I haven't seen in 9 Years or more. I was also finally able to meet the wife's and children of a bunch of them. And they where able to finally meet Alison too. Saturday Anna arrived and spent the day with us before the wedding, she came over to babysit Alison while we were at the wedding. It was a really fun day. We went to the Strong National Museum of Play and had an absolute blast, I can't wait to take Alison again when we make one of our trips back to Buffalo. She had so much fun. The place is huge though so we didn't even get to see half of it. After the museum we headed back to Scott and Meg's house to get ready for the wedding. The reception was great and was really neat to see everyone again. You know you have great friends when you see them after 9 years and it feels like you you saw them yesterday. It was really hard to come to back Maine Sunday that's for sure. But all in all it was a great weekend, lots of driving (17 hours) but well worth it to see all of those guys. Here are some pictures of the weekend.

Alison REALLY excited to go to the Museum

Alison Loved the "Big fisses"

Playing some music that creates a light show on the ceiling. (really neat)

First of many art stations. Here she is making a design to look at with a really big calidascope.

Funny Mirror. I love these.

These things where pretty fun, Alison would of stayed at this table for hours if we let her.

What a cute square.

Playing some more music on some pipes.

piano lessons with Aunt Anna. She really loves playing music.

Ali and Aunt Anna

Scott and Meg's cat Susie. She was sleeping with her head pressed into the pillow.
It was the funniest thing, but I guess she sleeps like this all the time.

Lewis and Ashley

Congratulations you two!
