Spring Cleaning in the Boro!

Well this weekend we spent most of our time at home doing some spring cleaning. Saturday Eddie had his Marathon Baseball game, for those of you who don't know, Eddie is the JV Baseball couch for Cheverus High School in Portland, and the Marathon game is when all the players from all the levels get pledges and play baseball from 10-4 to raise money for the program. So while Eddie was there Alison and I had fun at home doing a little yard work and a lot of playing. Since it was so nice out we spent most of the day outside. Washing the toy car was a big hit. Along with the swing, slide and her new love of rocks. This girl loves being outside, it's great! As for Sunday, we just hung out at home and did pretty much a full day of spring cleaning inside and out. Alison was really good at helping, she loves copying us. That reminds me of a funny story from Sunday. As we where eating lunch, Milo was outside barking so Eddie got up and yelled for the dog to come, so Alison does the same and yells "mymow come" and Eddie tells him to be quiet, and Alison does the same. Just as Eddie was shutting the door the dog barked again, so he opened the door and said shut your mouth and of course Alison does the same "mymow sut yo mout" I was the funniest thing. It was so hard not to laugh when you hear that come out of her, we didn't want her think it was funny to say that, all I could think of was her telling one of us to shut our mouth when we where talking to her. After that Eddie started to call her a little copy cat. She thought that was the funniest thing. So for the rest of lunch she just kept saying "I copy cat, I copy cat" and then give a big teethy spaghetti smile. It was so cute. Here are some pictures of our weekend.
